Sorry I've Been Gone So Long

  • Jul. 18th, 2008 at 12:43 PM

Okay, so I've been gone for a very long time. I was kind of busy you can say. So anyway, You might be wondering If I got the iPhone 3G. The answer is no. My mom told me I should wait until Apple comes out with a 32GB iPhone. Then I can get it. I'm extreemly excited, because she said she would pay for it, and My iTunes library has over 20 GB of stuff that won't fit on an 8 or 16 GB iPhone. So I just thought I should let you know. I have to go now. I'm going to the American Museum of Natural History. Until next time!

I'm In Cape May!!!

  • Jun. 26th, 2008 at 8:14 PM

Hey guys!!!! I'm in Cape May!!!!!! It's pretty nice here, and the weather is perfect. Maybe just a little too hot. I'm sitting outside on the back porch, ripping the rich neighbors off for their wifi. I wonder what they think of us. They are so crazy though. Who loves in New Jersey anyway???? Well, their house is huge!!!! They also have a pool house, and a huge back yard. Well, I think that's crazy. I love my house. because it's a little haven, for the perfect get away. Please excuse my typing, and my syntax. I can't type or think right, right now. You see, I got a booster shot for the chicken pox yesterday, and it hurts like a mother. I can't even sleep right, because the pain is just too awful. The stupid bitch shot me in my muscle, and it's making me crazy.

So anyway, I think I want to go to the beach tomorrow, because I need to take a day off, and relax. Did I mention, when I get home, I have to go to science camp at Baruch College? 9 to 6 every day. For all of July!!!! Believe it or not, I'm actually looking forward to it. Well, I'm like hungry, and since no one reads this but me, I'm going to go eat. Love you, (me...lol)

Fuerzabruta

  • Jun. 24th, 2008 at 10:36 PM

Hey guys, Guess where I just came back from??????!!!!!!!

I waited on line for 25.00 rush tickets, as compared to 75.00, for Fuerzabruta!!!!!! If you can't pronounce it, it's F'where- zah - broo - tah. It was amazing. Don't even ask what it's about. You had to just be there. I can't even explain what it is. I don't even know where to begin. It was like a big celebration almost.

First you enter the theater, which looks like the backstage of a theater. It was all foggy and lit up with red strobe lights. Then the show started, with the main character running and getting shot on a treadmill. People would randomly jump onto the treadmill, and fall off. It was all choreographed, so it was awesome. Then he also ran into walls that exploded with confetti, and things like that. It also rained slightly, (in the scene) so we all got wet.

Then I think people started rolling and flying around the walls of this metallic paper that surrounded the whole audience and theater, that was shaped like a circle.

Then other things happened, but I can't even explain them.

Later, this huge tank of water came down, close enough to touch, which they let us do, and then women swam around the tank, and you could feel them. Then other stuff happened, and at the end, it was a giant dance party, with the stars of the show, and it rained on us, which was soooo cool. That's all I can say. You had to be there!!! OMFG EVERYONE GO SEE IT!!!!!

I'm getting it!!!

  • Jun. 24th, 2008 at 2:14 PM

Hey guys, Just to let you know, my mom said I could get the iPhone 3G!!!!!

I Want The iPhone 3G!!!!

  • Jun. 22nd, 2008 at 4:35 PM

Hey guys, what is up? lol Okay. Anyway so yah I really want the iPhone 3G, and I am working for it like crazy. My mom thinks it's fine for me to have one because it's only 200.00 and she has one anyway. My dad, on the other hand, thinks it's a bad idea because the bill is expensive, but what is an extra 30.00 to the bill?

Well, I've been saving up to help pay for the bill, and so far, in like four days of saving, I have the first month's money. I'm so happy. All I have to do is convince them that I can just work and do things around the house for them, to pay for it. I already do that, and I get like 80.00 a month for allowance, but mostly more than that, because I need extra sometimes. I definitely think I can pull this off. I just need to convince my mom, and that will be as easy as pie. Literally.....lol jk.

Well Let's see what they think!

They Came!!!!

  • Jun. 21st, 2008 at 12:42 AM

Hey New York!!!!! Guess what?!!!! They came!!!! My new earphones finally came!!!! I am sooooo psyched!!! I have been waiting forever for them!!!!

Well, I'm super happy. Plus, the graduation was not that bad, and after that I went to Prospect Park to see the Metropolitan Opera Summer Concert. It was really boring, but nice because it lasted till like 10:30 pm. They had like seven encores so....yah....not the place to be if you don't like opera.

Well I'm like sooo tired so I'll just end here, and keep it short, but today was awesome, like usual, and I am so looking forward to using these headphones more and more.

Night again, New York!

Crappy Day So Far With A Little Hope

  • Jun. 20th, 2008 at 11:03 AM

Hey guys, well, technically no one since no one reads my blog....Well, today has been particularly crappy so far. Mi hermano is graduating later today, from the 5th grade. And apparently my mom thought she lost her iPhone, but it's all good. The thing that bugged me was the fact that my brother was bothering me like all morning, while I was trying to sleep. I didn't get a chance to go to bed until like 2 am, and he was just bothering the fuck out of me. He even kissed me on my cheek a couple of times. What the fuck.

Well the thing that gives me a little hope is the fact that my headphones might be at my private mailbox today. I have been waiting all week for them, which means no iPod for a week. My dad went to go check and will be back in an hour, so who knows. They said some package was there so it should be mine. Well, I guess I should go now and make breakfast, at 11:11 am, but yah I'm gonna go. Don't worry, I'll fill you readers (if there are any...I feel so stupid because I know i'm literally writing to myself, but I really want to believe other people read it too), when my dad gets back, and I hopefully have my headphones!!!!

Until about an hour from now New York,

Keep it real for me.

Cute Is What We Aim For

  • Jun. 20th, 2008 at 2:05 AM

Hey New York!!! Yah, so I'm not going to say that anymore so enjoy that one last time. It's getting really annoying. So anyway, Guess what I saw like 3 hours ago? Okay so it was Powerspace, Danger Radio, Ace Enders, and CUTE IS WHAT WE AIM FOR!!!! Yah it was awesome! I waited on line forever, and then they finally let us in. it was at the Highline Ballroom, on W16th st. between 9th and 10th avenue. It was soooooo big, and the lighting was amazing!!!

I have to admit, standing and getting pushed into the stage was not the highlight of the show. If I had to choose one, it would be the part where the guy from Powerspace came out and sang with the guy from CIWEAF, and he jumped into the crowd. They like molested him. I think he actually got pulled into the crowd, because when he leaned in, some girls tried to pull and kiss him, and then five seconds later he was in the crowd. They almost pulled his pants down!

Well, I'm like dead tired so I'm just going to upload the pics and go to bed. Night!

Waiting in Line for Cute is What We Aim For

  • Jun. 19th, 2008 at 4:59 PM

Hello New York
I am with your one and only Luther Cherry. He asked me to write something on his livejournal.
Here is how HE would like me to introduce myself:
My name is Robin. Hello.

Anyways, so like I said, we're waiting in line for a show tonight. The doors open in 59mins. We're on a Shaant hunt...very interesting. The bouncer here was carding people but he didn't do our section so its aokay. Our "chaperone" should be here soon. Yes, my mother insane and refuses to let me go to shows without "parental supervision." I'd say thats a typical park slope parent! Cute's bus is very big and red. Luther says it would be better purple. Let's see....we're towards the front of the line almost first.

Luther says he didn't do anything today. He cleaned his room and then left for the L train to come meet us. and us is: Me, Luther, Regina, Dan Fisher, Erin and Alexa and Cassandra. woot woot.

Yes, so I am going to go now.
(Don't worry that's not how I really talk. I have just been brainwashed by my psycho english teacher to not use conjugations.)

here is Luther...

Yah so that was Robin HILKEY. (she won't let me write her name so yah take that robin!!!!) So anyways I am sooooo like bored. All I can think about is last night so yah that was awesome so yah I'm kind of rambling awayso I'm going to get off now, so until next time New York!!!!!

Get Smart @ The Apple Store in SoHo

  • Jun. 19th, 2008 at 2:17 PM

Hey New York, It's Luther Here!

So You have on idea what you guys missed last night! Okay....Ready? Yah so Anne Hathaway, Steve Carell, and Steve Colbert were at the Apple Store in SoHo, promoting their new movie, Get Smart! So Steve Colbert is not in the movie, but he was actually the guest moderator. It was so out of this wold!!!! So, here's how it went:

I had the Global Regents at like 1:15, so I was so afraid that there would be this huge line already, by the time I got there. I rushed out when the test was over, and got there at like 3:30. You're never going to believe this.... There was only one person on the line! That person was Number 1. We gave ourselves names based on what number we were in line.

Number 1!!!

So then we weren't joined by Number 3, 4, and 5 until like 4:00! Well, it pays to be there early! Did I mention it started at 9 p.m.? Yah so it was definitely worth it.

First Five!!!!

We waited like 6 hours (for me) and it rained like three times. Good thing I had my laptop! That was a great time killer! Well, eventually we all got hungry, and the chips number 3 had was not doing anything for us. I ended up running four blocks to get pizza, and we all shared, which was fun. Who says talking to strangers is bad for you? I ATE PIZZA WITH FOUR STRANGERS! I will never forget that....

Well then, like at 8:50 guess what pulled up? Anne's Hybrid, and then Steve's Hybrid, after her! They got out, but the were rushed inside so....yah no picture opportunity there.

Then the PC guy walked into the store, and Number 1 was like, "HI!!!". Number 3 was like, "Umm you know everyone!", but really, it was the PC guy and she just wanted to say hi.

Then, out of nowhere, a black car pulled up. What's with all these black cars? do all stars pull up in black cars? Well, it just so happened to be Steven Colbert!!! Who was the guest moderator. No one had any idea it would be him, but it was definitely awesome. Colbert. Wow.

Colbert!!!

Well, finally at like 9:10 they let us in, and Number 3 almost cried. We were the first to walk in the door, and it felt great. After some rules were gone over, Steven came out, and then so did Steve (lol Steven=Colbert, Steve=Carell, and Anne=Anne). They talked and sang the national anthem, and talked some more...

Long story short Anne came out and then they talked, and Anne made a funny, which was really mature by the way. Wanna hear the joke?

Okay. So there are three tampons walking down the street. A Light flow, Moderate flow, and Heavy flow. Which one talks to you first?

None. They're stuck up cunts.

Lol yes, she actually said that! Well, then they took questions, and then showed a clip, while they left. Oh yah, did I mention I sat next to the PC guy?

Well, that's all for now I guess. Look out New York! There is more to come!!!

Look Out New York!!! Luther's Here!

  • Jun. 19th, 2008 at 1:40 PM

Hey New York, It's Luther Here!
This is my first blog, and it's weird. I mean, It's new to me so I don't know what to say. Well, I guess I have to start writing in this every day, so I will. (I hope). I can never keep a journal because I always forget to write in it, and then I don't feel like writing at all. Well, I hope I can keep this like a regular journal because that would be really cool. Well, I guess I should get down to business. Well, stay tuned for more from Luther!
